1. Strictly for serious buyers only.
2. First come first serve.
3. Reservation can be made for duration of maximum 2 working days only. If no confirmation made within that period, items shall be released to other buyers.
4. All sales are not refundable/returnable and items sold are not exchangeable.
5. All prices do not include delivery cost.
6. I shall not be responsible for any damages or loss during delivery process.
7. Payment is to be made via cash deposit or wire-transfer to my CIMB account (details will be given upon confirmation).
